Julie Jons came to yoga looking for physical strength and stress reduction but then became intrigued with the history and philosophy of classical yoga. She has been learning about the practice ever since 1991. Her teachers include Anthony Bogart, Margaret Hahn, Ramanad Patel, John Friend, Christy Burnette, and Sri Dharma Pravartaka Archarya. She continues to learn from her children and grandchildren. She previously taught at the Omaha Yoga School in Omaha, Nebraska. "I love to share the practice of yoga with beginning students. It's a grand adventure."
